I. 2 -Day HACCP Workshop (Advanced)

Duration : 16 Hours
Target Audience : Food Safety Team Leaders & Managers
Overview : Overview: A comprehensive workshop designed to meet the competency requirements for Team Leaders under BRCGS and global standards. This course moves beyond theory into practical system development.
Course Content:
  • PRP Requirements: Deep dive into Prerequisite Programs standards.
  • PRP Workshop: Practical application of PRPs in a facility.
  • HACCP Fundamentals: Detailed breakdown of Preliminary Steps & the 7 Principles.
  • HACCP Workshop: Hands-on training in hazard analysis and control measures.

Learning Outcome: Participants will possess full awareness and the practical skills required to prepare a HACCP Manual individually.

Certification : Successful participants will receive a Certificate of Competency recognized for BRCGS and global standards.

II. Food-Safety & Personal Hygiene Training

Target Audience : All Food Handlers
Overview : A critical training module focused on individual responsibility. We cover personal cleanliness, hand-washing techniques, illness reporting, and proper behaviour in food handling areas to prevent cross- contamination.
Certification : A Certificate of Participation will be issued to all attendees.

III. 1 Day HACCP Training

Target Audience : Food Safety Team Members & Supervisors
Overview : An essential introduction to the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. This training ensures your team understands why controls are in place and their role in monitoring them.
Key Topics: The 12 steps of HACCP, identifying biological/chemical/physical hazards, and monitoring CCPs
Certification : A Certificate of Participation will be issued to all attendees.

IV. GMP Training

Target Audience : Production Staff, Maintenance, & Supervisors
Overview : Foundational training on the essential environmental conditions required for safe food production. We cover facility hygiene, contamination prevention, and operational controls.
Key Outcome: Ensuring all staff understand the baseline standards required to maintain product safety and legality.
Certification : A Certificate of Participation will be issued to all attendees.

V. Internal-Audit-training

Target Audience : Internal Audit Teams & Quality Assurance Staff
Overview : Prepare your internal audit team to effectively evaluate and maintain your management system. This course covers audit planning, conducting interviews, identifying non-conformities, and writing effective audit reports.
Key Outcome: A competent internal audit team capable of driving continual improvement and preparing the facility for external certification audits.

VI. FSSC 22000 Implementation Training

Target Audience : Food Safety Team Leaders, QA Managers, & Internal Auditors
Overview : A deep dive into the FSSC 22000 Scheme (Version 6). We bridge the gap between ISO 22000, sector-specific PRPs (ISO/TS 22002 series), and the FSSC Additional Requirements.
Key Outcome: Participants will understand how to integrate these three components into a single, robust, and GFSI-recognized management system.
Certification : A Certificate of Participation will be issued to all attendees.

VI. FSSC 22000 Implementation Training

Target Audience : Food Safety Team Leaders, QA Managers, & Internal Auditors

VII. TACCP & VACCP (Food Defence & Food Fraud) Training

Target Audience : Food Safety Teams, Security Personnel, & Purchasing Managers
Overview : Protect your brand from intentional attacks. We cover TACCP (Threat Assessment & Critical Control Point) for behavioural/ideological threats and VACCP (Vulnerability Assessment & Critical Control Point) for economically motivated adulteration.
Key Outcome: Learn to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent sabotage and supply chain fraud.

VIII. Allergen Management Training

Target Audience : Production Staff, NPD Teams, & Quality Assurance
Overview : One of the leading causes of global recalls is undeclared allergens. This training covers the entire allergen management lifecycle: from raw material sourcing and storage to production segregation, cleaning validation, and correct labeling.
Key Outcome: Preventing cross-contamination and ensuring strict compliance with allergen labeling regulations to protect consumer health.

IX. Japanese 5s-System-Training

Target Audience : All Employees
Overview : Streamline your operations with the Japanese 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
